Welcome to RUPPY Network. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the RUPPY Network mobile application and related website services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service and uninstall the application.
By accessing or using RUPPY Network, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have obtained parental consent if you are between 13 and 18 years old. The Service is not intended for children under 13. You represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all terms and conditions. Use of the Service is void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel rewards at our sole discretion.
RUPPY Network is a free-to-play digital entertainment and engagement platform designed for users primarily in India. The Service allows registered users to collect virtual points called "RUPPY" or "RUPPY Coins" by engaging in various in-app activities. These activities include but are not limited to: daily check-ins, time-based mining sessions, completing third-party offerwall tasks, watching rewarded advertisements, participating in mini-games, and inviting new users through our referral program.
Critical Disclaimer on Virtual Currency: RUPPY points, coins, or any other in-app currency are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They are licensed to you on a limited, revocable, non-transferable basis for use solely within the RUPPY Network application for entertainment purposes. Under no circumstances can RUPPY points be redeemed for cash, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any goods and services outside of our application. Any attempt to sell, purchase, trade, or exchange RUPPY points for real-world value is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination. RUPPY Network is not a bank, financial institution, investment platform, or gambling service. We do not promise, guarantee, or imply any form of real-world earnings or income.
Access to most features requires a user account identified by a unique User ID automatically generated upon first launch. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your User ID and any device used to access your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
If you lose access to your device, you may request account recovery by contacting our support team with your User ID. Without a valid User ID, we cannot verify ownership and recovery will not be possible. It is your responsibility to save your User ID in a secure location.
You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the application. Upon termination, all associated virtual RUPPY points will be permanently forfeited and cannot be recovered.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Grounds for termination include inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months, fraudulent activity, or violation of our Prohibited Activities clause.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
We reserve the right to investigate and prosecute violations of any of the above to the fullest extent of the law. Violators will have their accounts permanently banned and all virtual points forfeited.
RUPPY Network displays third-party advertisements and offerwalls to support our free service. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers found on or through the Service are solely between you and the advertiser. We do not warrant that you will successfully complete any offer or receive rewards from third parties. Disputes regarding third-party offers must be resolved with the offer provider directly, although our support team may assist in communication.
The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by RUPPY Network, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RUPPY Network makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will RUPPY Network, its affiliates, or their licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service, which is zero, as the app is free.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RUPPY Network and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. We encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution before resorting to legal action.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
