1. How to recover my account?
If you got a new phone or the app was deleted, do not worry. Just send us your old User ID on Gmail. We will restore your points and progress to your new device. Recovery is not possible without a User ID, so please keep it saved.
2. Why is my mining button not working?
Mining activates once every 3 hours. If the timer is running, please wait until it reaches zero. If the button still does not work after the timer ends, please clear the app cache or send us a screenshot. We will check it immediately.
3. Can RUPPY Coins be converted to real money?
No. As mentioned above, RUPPY Coins are virtual points for fun inside the app only. They cannot be transferred to a bank, nor do they have any cash value. Please be aware of anyone offering to buy or sell RUPPY Coins - it is a scam.
4. My referral code is not working?
Please ensure your friend is a completely new user and has never installed the RUPPY App before. Only one account is allowed per device. If the issue persists, send us your friend's User ID and a screenshot.
